Carrier's commitment to climate action and sustainable innovation took center stage at the September 24 event in partnership with The Financial Times and JLL

Carrier hosted a high-impact event to explore the future of climate resilience in the built environment during Climate Week 2024 in New York City. The event, titled "Reimagining the Built Environment for a NetZero Future," gathered industry leaders, policymakers and sustainability experts to discuss the critical role of collaboration and sustainable innovation in achieving net-zero goals. The event was hosted in partnership with The Financial Times and JLL, a global real estate and investment management company.

Topics explored at the event included how innovative HVAC solutions can support resiliency in the electrical grid, how AI technologies can help manage energy demand in buildings, and the financial investments needed to propel net-zero emission buildings forward.
