Amy Miles served as Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Entertainment Group from 2015 to 2018, and as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2018, following her tenure as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer from 2000 to 2009. Prior to Regal, she held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. Currently, Ms. Miles serves as a director on the Board of The Gap, Inc., where she chairs the audit and finance committee and is a member of the governance and sustainability committee. She is also a director on the Board of Amgen Inc., serving on the audit committee and the nominating and governance committee. Additionally, she is Board Chair of Suntex Marinas, a privately held company. Ms. Miles previously served as a director of Norfolk Southern Corporation (2014–2024) and as lead director at ASM Global, a privately held company (2019–2024). She is also a trustee for the Boys & Girls Club of Tennessee Valley. Ms. Miles holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
