Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale

Whenever Carrier* agrees to sell products or services to a customer like your company - whether by Carrier accepting your company’s purchase order or by your company accepting either a Carrier sales proposal or any Carrier goods/services - the sales of such products or services are always subject to that version of Carrier’s Standard Terms & Condition of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) then effective in the country where your company receives Carrier’s goods/services unless your company and Carrier have mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

To find the Terms of Sale applicable to your purchase, select your Country/Region below where either Carrier’s goods/services are to be delivered or that Country/Region which has been mutually agreed to in writing.

Please note that multiple versions of the Terms of Sale may exist in each Country/Region and which version applies to your purchase may be based on the specific Carrier business/entity providing the goods or services and/or the specific goods or services purchased.

For access issues, questions about which Terms of Sale applicable to your purchase, or if you wish to receive a copy of these Terms of Sale, please contact your local sales representative before accepting Carrier’s Terms of Sale.

When multiple versions of the applicable Terms of Sale in different languages exist, the English version prevails unless otherwise required by law.
