Ms. Wozniak is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of nVent Electric plc (global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions). Prior to joining nVent as CEO in 2018, Ms. Wozniak was President of Pentair plc’s Electrical segment (industrial manufacturing) from 2017 to 2018, and as President of Pentair’s Flow & Filtration Solutions global business unit from 2015 to 2016. Prior to Pentair, she held various executive, leadership and program management positions at Honeywell International, Inc. (technology and manufacturing) and its predecessor AlliedSignal Inc. from 1990 to 2015, including President of Honeywell’s Environmental and Combustion Controls business, President of its Sensing and Control business, Vice President of Business Integration, Vice President of Six Sigma and Vice President of Engineering and Program Management. She is an officer and vice-chair of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). Ms. Wozniak holds a bachelor’s degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from York University in Toronto.
