Charles M. Holley, Jr.
Former Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
Mr. Holley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from 2010 to 2015 and as Executive Vice President until January 2016. Previously, Mr. Holley served in various roles at Walmart, including as Executive Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from 2007 to 2010, Senior Vice President, Finance from 2005 to 2007, Senior Vice President and Controller from 2003 to 2005 and in various other roles for Wal-Mart International from 1994 through 2002. Prior to Walmart, he served in various roles at Tandy Corporation and spent more than 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Holley served as an Independent Senior Advisor, U.S. CFO Program, at Deloitte LLP from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Holley is a director of Amgen Inc., where he chairs the audit committee and serves on the governance & nominating committee, Phillips 66, where he serves on the audit & finance and the public policy & sustainability committees and Sunrise Group Holdings, LLC (non-public). He is a member of the McCombs Foundation and also serves on the Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Presidents’ Development Board. Mr. Holley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston.
