In this archive, you will find versions of Carrier’s Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale which are no longer active but were in effect for a prior period (“Archived Terms of Sale”). To the extent your company submitted a purchase order to buy goods or services from Carrier*, or Carrier delivered goods or services pursuant to an order, your company accepted that version of Carrier’s Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale which was in effect at the time of sale in the country where the jobsite to which Carrier delivered such goods and/or services was located unless your company and Carrier mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

Please note that for certain countries, multiple versions of the Archived Terms of Sale are available. The specific version that applied to your purchase of goods or services is based on the specific Carrier business/entity which provided the goods or services, the specific goods or services purchased, and/or whether the sale was subject to certain country specific regulations.

When multiple versions of the applicable Archived Terms of Sale in different languages exist, the English version prevails unless otherwise required by law.
