Early Careers at Carrier: Hear from Our Interns
At Carrier, we’re committed to creating a culture of working and winning together - underscored by The Carrier Way.  As part of our commitment to Build Better Teams, we’re proud of our dynamic internship program that helps students develop foundational skills and get early career experience to prepare for lifelong careers. This year, Carrier welcomed about 100 interns from across the U.S. to its facilities nationwide.

The 10-12 week internship experience allows college students the opportunity to engage their interests, learn about Carrier’s industry-leading products and gain real-world experience. Interns work closely with mentors and senior leaders who oversee their growth and development. Carrier offers internship positions in a variety of functional areas including communications & marketing, human resources, digital, engineering, finance, operations and more.
