Francesca Campbell serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer for Carrier where she leads the company’s global legal and compliance functions.

Francesca joined Carrier in 2021 and most recently held the position of Vice President, Legal Affairs. In this role, she oversaw all legal aspects of Carrier’s global mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships and corporate governance, including serving as the Corporate Secretary for the Carrier Board of Directors. She played a pivotal role in leading all legal matters on our mergers, acquisition and divestiture efforts, including Chubb, Toshiba, Giwee, our combination with Viessmann Climate Solutions and the divestitures of our Fire & Security and Commercial Refrigeration businesses. She also directed legal oversight for Carrier Ventures, as well as the company’s U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Environmental, Social and Governance reporting.

Prior to joining Carrier, Francesca served as an attorney at Davis, Polk & Wardell in the mergers & acquisitions group, leading complex global transactions.

Francesca earned her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
