Milena Oliveira is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Carrier, where she spearheads the company’s global marketing, brand, communications, and social impact initiatives. In this role, Milena leads the creation and execution of differentiated brand strategies and integrated marketing and communications programs that strengthen and protect Carrier’s corporate reputation as well as drive brand value and growth.

With more than 20 years of global leadership experience, Milena previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for 3M Transportation & Electronics Business Group. Throughout her career at 3M, she held additional senior roles including President and Managing Director for 3M Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, and leadership and P&L management roles in the United States, Belgium, and Brazil.

Milena has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and an Executive MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She currently serves on The BrandLab Board of Directors and the Opus College of Business / University of St. Thomas Strategic Board of Advisors.
