Thomas Heim is President, Residential & Light Commercial HVAC for Europe, Middle East and Africa, for Carrier. In this role, Thomas is responsible for driving profitable growth through digitally enabled lifecycle solutions and a multi-brand, multi-tier channel strategy across the region.

Thomas joined Carrier in January 2024, as part of Carrier’s acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions, with nearly 30 years of experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Viessmann Climate Solutions. Before that role, he was Viessmann Climate Solutions’ Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Viessmann Climate Solutions, Thomas held a number of senior positions at Bosch, including Senior Vice President Brand Positioning and Distribution and Senior Vice President Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Thomas has an MBA from the University of Bayreuth. He is Vice-Chairman of the Executive Council of the European Heating Industry Association (EHI).
