LEADERSHIP TEAM

Timothy N. White is Senior Vice President & Chief Product Officer for Carrier. In this role, he is responsible for developing product and program execution, and delivering on commitments to our customers. Tim oversees enterprise-wide systems integration engineering, program management and product safety teams.

Tim has more than 30 years of experience leading businesses, large-scale development programs and engineering teams. Most recently, he led Carrier’s Refrigeration business and prior to joining Carrier he served as CEO, Onshore Wind for the Americas region at General Electric, focused on electric renewable energy. Previously, he held a number of senior leadership roles with Raytheon Technologies during his 24-year tenure, including President, Power & Controls and President, Electric Systems for the company’s Collins Aerospace division, during which he led teams focused on the design, development and market readiness of electrification products to provide more efficient carbon-neutral technologies.

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from Regis University.
